UHPC Facade

Used for building enclosure systems, curtain wall panels, special-shaped façades, double-curved panels, perforated panels, grilles, entrance canopies, cultural buildings, and high-end commercial/public building façades. Suitable for façade applications requiring high strength, thin sections, complex geometry, and long-term durability.

PCI MNL-122; PCI 135 (or PCI MNL-135, as specified by the project), as applicable to architectural precast concrete façade panels. UHPC-specific material performance, panel design, connections, and testing shall comply with project specifications and the engineer’s requirements.

UHPC features ultra-high strength, high toughness, and excellent durability, enabling complex geometries, curved / double-curved forms, and refined surface textures. It can be manufactured as thin, lightweight prefabricated panels for dry-hanging installation. Single panel size can reach 10–20 m² or even larger. Available finishes include fair-faced concrete, wood grain, white smooth, white terrazzo, grooved, and perforated effects. Can be integrated with insulation, waterproofing, fire-protection, and supporting systems.
