Liquid Waterproofing Membrane

For applications where a waterproof barrier is formed using fluid-applied coatings/membranes, including roofs (terraces/balconies where applicable), wet areas, and water-retaining environments such as pools/water features/tanks. Systems may include primers, patch & repair materials, reinforcement (e.g., mesh/fabric), and finishing membrane coats.

Shall comply with project specifications and applicable local regulations. The attachments mainly describe coating/membrane types, application contexts, and general performance characteristics (e.g., low VOC, UV resistance, durability, flexibility/film formation, crack-bridging). Exact performance metrics, thickness/application details, and acceptance criteria shall follow the project documents and test reports.

Provides fluid-applied waterproofing membrane systems and accessories: polymer/hybrid urethane or polyurethane coatings, waterproof coatings/paints, acrylic coatings, and cementitious/modified cementitious waterproofing coatings where applicable; also includes primers, patch & repair materials, and reinforcement layers (mesh/fabric/fiber). Key strengths typically include forming a continuous/seamless barrier, good adhesion and film-forming ability, crack/strain accommodation (e.g., crack-bridging), weathering/UV resistance, water resistance, and good workmanship/repair compatibility.
