Metal Interior Wall Paneling

For interior architectural decoration such as hotels, commercial buildings, healthcare and public facilities: decorative wall covering, interior metal face layers and wall trims; also for acoustic metal wall & ceiling panels where sound absorption / reverberation control is required — auditoria, theatres & cinemas, conference and multi-purpose halls, recording/studio spaces, airports and transport terminals, sports halls, offices and open-plan workspaces; subject to approved drawings, samples and site conditions.

Wall panel system requirements (subframe/base, connections, installation tolerances and safety) shall meet project specifications and local regulations. For copper/copper-alloy panels, surface character/patina evolution shall be controlled per project requirements (with finishing plan and mock-ups as needed). Where acoustic performance is specified, panels are supplied with test data to the project's acoustic criteria — e.g. NRC / SAA to ASTM C423 or sound absorption to EN ISO 11654 (αw) — with the build-up (perforation pattern, cavity depth, absorber infill) confirmed against the specified rating.

Materials & finishes: stainless steel, aluminium alloys, and copper / brass / bronze metal panels. Types (by system & constructability): decorative wall panels / panel systems, interior metal face layers and related divider elements; system-based installation approaches (e.g., hook-on / cassette-style concepts) can be adopted, with exact connection details confirmed during detailing. Fabrication & service: laser cutting, bending/forming, welding, grinding & polishing, slotting/drilling and etching; supports end-to-end delivery from samples and shop drawings to installation support.

Acoustic panels: perforated / micro-perforated metal acoustic wall and ceiling panels with sound-absorbing backing (acoustic felt / fibreglass / mineral-wool infill), including louvred and micro-slot face patterns; supplied as tile-in-grid or rail / hook-on panel systems, with standard or bespoke perforation, aperture ratio and edge details to suit the specified acoustic and visual requirements.
