Non-Shrink Grouting & Epoxy Grouting & Injection Grouting

Grouting beneath machinery baseplates, column bases and bearing plates, and around anchor bolts; pile-head encapsulation, bridge bearing pads and rail anchoring; leak sealing in concrete cracks and joints, and structural crack injection repair. Select the grade to suit load-bearing, waterproofing or structural repair requirements.

NSG: Non-shrink, free-flowing and pumpable; typical TDS 28-day compressive strength >60 MPa at 0.12 w/p ratio; 10–80 mm per pour. EGPH: High-strength epoxy grout with impact, abrasion and chemical resistance. PU20 / PU30: Fast-foaming temporary water stoppage / subsequent permanent flexible injection. EP: Low-viscosity, high-modulus epoxy resin for structural crack bonding and repair.

Compliance with ASTM C1107, C109/C579 and C580; supporting reports reference methods including ASTM C939/C939M, C191, C1038/C1038M, BS 6319-4 and BS EN 12390-8. EGPH / PU20 / PU30 / EP: Confirm applicable standards against the latest product-specific TDS and test reports.

NSG: Approved or conditionally approved/accepted on projects for ADNOC (Onshore / HQ), DM, PSD / WA, ER (Etihad Rail), RTA and DAMAC, as documented in project-specific owner, authority or consultant reviews. EGPH / PU20 / PU30 / EP: Separate product-specific approvals are required; NSG approvals do not extend to these products.
