Sheet Waterproofing Membrane

For waterproofing/dampproofing systems installed using sheet/roll-applied materials, including below-grade/foundations/retaining structures, tunnels and underground structures, buried concrete, and roof waterproofing with detailing such as upstands/parapets/flashings; may include protection/isolation/underlayment layers as required.

Shall comply with project specifications and applicable local regulations. The attachments mainly describe sheet system forms and typical applications (e.g., self-adhesive, torch-applied, flashing membranes, protection/isolation boards). Exact performance requirements and acceptance levels shall follow project documents and the test report schedule.

Provides sheet/roll-applied waterproofing systems and accessories: self-adhesive modified bitumen membranes, torch/heat-fused modified bitumen membranes, self-adhesive vapor/steam barrier sheets, flashing membranes, roof underlayment layers, and protection layers (protection membranes/protection boards) plus seam overlap detailing materials (tapes/related sheet components as required). Typical strengths include tensile properties, tear & puncture resistance, chemical/soil & water resistance, dimensional stability, and long-term durability, achieving continuous sealing at laps and junctions.
